At Komego Arts & Fashion, each customized garment is uniquely crafted to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the customization significantly deviates from the agreed-upon design or there is a clear manufacturing defect in the garment itself.
If you receive a customized garment with a significant error or defect, please notify us within 05 days of receipt with clear photographic evidence. We will carefully assess the issue and, if deemed to be our responsibility, will offer to either:
Remake the garment to the correct specifications.
Offer a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the error.
Please note: Minor variations in Sizing, prints,colour tone or placement that are within reasonable production tolerances for handmade items are not considered defects. We encourage you to carefully review your customization details before placing your order.
